PET Release Film

This product is a novel print coating developed by Houlang for metal cards. Its key innovation is the use of PET release film as a carrier for the print coating during the process, replacing conventional spray coating. This allows the coating to be applied within the lamination process, improving production efficiency and helping customers scale up their output.

Ø The print coating can fully transfer onto the metal surface under heat lamination, leaving no residue or defects.

Ø The print coating has good adhesion to metal, and excellent aging and water resistance.

Ø The print coating guarantees no ink discoloration or deformation after laminating with overlay.
